Many thanks Robyn and Alison.<br /><br />I do use my computer for some writing and for editing, and I think it helps that, whilst sitting there, I can look out on to a small fishpond in the garden. But often I too use exercise books or pads of plain paper and allow myself to write scruffily to the extreme, add strange arrow shaped doddles and circle or cross out vehmently (far more satisfying and therapeutic than hitting delete).
